How GIS Mappers handles enquiry, quotation and website contact information.
When you submit a contact or quotation form, we collect the details you provide, such as name, company, email address, phone number, project location, service interest, message and optional attachments.
The hosting environment may also record technical information such as IP address, request time and security logs. The website does not currently load Google Analytics.
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries and prepare quotations. Form submissions are currently addressed to info@gismappers.com and copied to anand@nusailec.com.
We do not sell personal data. We only share details where necessary to handle the enquiry, meet legal duties or protect the website.
Optional uploads are restricted by file type and size, temporarily held in a web-blocked server folder and attached to the enquiry email. The application deletes its temporary copy at the end of the delivery attempt. Mailbox, hosting log and backup retention periods still require owner and hosting-provider confirmation; do not upload sensitive files until those controls are approved.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and business record requirements.
